To help facilitate social distancing:
For food and medication pick-ups: please call us in advance to ensure that we have it available and to call us again to notify us when you are in our parking facility. One of our staff members will be more than happy to bring your food/medication to your car.
When possible please pay in advance over the phone to ensure safe distancing. If not possible a staff member will meet you outside with a wireless terminal.
When arriving for your appointment: please call our number # 416-491-8706 and an assistant will come out to collect your pet from you. Our doctor will phone you after their assessment, please let us know which number would be best to reach you.
NEW CLIENTS: Please fill out our registration form online that can be located on our website.
